Sent a different inferior item than the one advertised on the website. Bait and switch. Then refused to take it back. This is a called a scam business. we are taking a legal action and we will document our experience on YouTube so other buyers do not take the bait!

The website showed a product that was in stock. I decided to call and speak to an agent to verify the items details and confirm in fact is was in stock. They confirmed it was in fact in stock, I decided to make the purchase through that agent. I needed this item for a project with a deadline so I wanted to make sure the order was completed correctly. A tracting number was suppose to generate shortly after the order was placed. When the tracking number never generated I inquired about the tracting number with no reply electronically. 7 days later I called only to find out the item was never in stock and they could not ship it. At this point I asked for a refund. I was told they cannot refund me for another 5 to 6 weeks, meanwhile I am paying interest on my credit card waiting for a refund. I have called my credit card company to refuse the charges, I will never use this company again, they left me hanging on a large ticket item $700 plus with no product delivered and holding the funds on my credit card.

Ordering was easy. Product was in stock and arrived undamaged. Shipping was expensive.

I ordered a lathe from this company in June and it was sent with missing parts. After contacting company I was told it was sent to another department. Several months later I have heard nothing and several emails were not responded to for an update. In September 5, I filled out a review and it was responded to saying they were reviewing this concern and I will receive an email update. It is now November 8th and I have still not received any update or response. 11-07-23 Toolots responded with the exact same email that they sent in September no update or information. Just we are working on it. 5 months trying to get the parts that they have been paid for and all they have to say is we are working on it.

Product will not hold pressure used maybe a dozen times, it didn’t even last one week.

Received call saying the item was out of stock, but wanted to ship me a different one without my "seeing" it. I never buy sight unseen, nothing! Asked for a link for the replacement to be sent to me via email. Received nothing, except my refund.

Great prices on products, ease of ordering and rase at check out. I will buy from them in the future.

On July 18th I ordered a lift for $7,000. I received a lift that didn't work and today 11/06 I still have a lift that doesn't work and waiting for a replacement part. If there was a rating less than 1 star I would give Toolots that rating.
