I ordered 2 Dalton lamps in May 2024, still haven’t received them! Each time I enquire there seems to be “unforeseen circumstances “ that pushes my “alleged”delivery time further back. May see them before Christmas but not holding out much hope.

We had a wonderful time at the wreath making workshop at Neptune, Farnham. The florists were so lovely and helpful and so were all the Neptune staff. It was so much fun and we would go back again and again. The shop is absolutely beautiful too.

I attended the lovely Christmas Wreath Making Workshop today. Beautiful selection of foliage and inspiration, as well as plenty of help on hand to ensure everyone brought something home that they were pleased with. Loved the mulled wine and mince pies, and of course a bit of Christmas shopping!

Neptune fitted a new kitchen for us and we had a first rate experience! From the first in-store visit our designer Katy continually went the extra mile in listening to our specific requirements and building them into an exceptional design portfolio, using her experience to create a kitchen that was way beyond our expectations. Ian, our installation manager was a delight to work with, highly organised and always available to answer a question or to provide a solution to the inevitable installation issues that cropped up. The installers themselves, Ian and Stuart were highly skilled, very tidy and did a terrific job in providing a high-spec finish. Tom, the decorator made the finishing touches to take the cabinet exteriors to a whole new level. Throughout the whole process there was Jo, our store liaison contact, keeping all the moving parts of the operation well oiled making sure deliveries and any spec changes were smoothly incorporated. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and we are SO pleased we decided to use Neptune.

Shannan from your Hailsham store was incredibly helpful with choosing paints! She suggested I be brave and chose some darker colours to sample! She was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to be served by her! I’ll be back very soon!

We bought a piece of furniture in the Chawton modular range to put in our kitchen. We visited the Guildford store and we were impressed by the quality of the furniture on display. Freya, a home specialist, was very courteous and knowledgeable- she listened to our requirements and took us through the options. She took our order and kept in touch with lead times. The furniture fitting was completed in a careful and conscientious way and we are very pleased with the result. Freya contacted us to check all was ok so thank you for all your help.

Ordered sample pots for our customer over a week ago, still not arrived! not good service and makes us look bad!

We really felt listened to and the result is a kitchen of dreams with beautiful craftsmanship and thoughtfully designed features to work for our busy family. I recently visited Neptune Farnham to explore side table options, I was greeted at the door by a lovely welcoming assistant who asked if I needed any help. I ended up purchasing from the Edinburgh range after seeing it displayed beautifully in their showroom. The store smelt wonderful and looked so Christmassy! I always have such a wonderful experience every time I visit and want to say a special thanks to Rosie & Katrina for always being incredibly welcoming and helpful! Thank you ladies!

I love this store, always have a great experience when shopping here. Walking in, I’m hit with the beautiful Neptune candle scents and stunning interiors. The friendly staff always greet me on arrival and are on hand if I have any questions. We first discovered Neptune 5 years ago when looking for a new kitchen. The kitchen designers were amazing and we now have a dream kitchen which still looks as great as it did the day it was installed. The quality is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a Neptune kitchen and Neptune Farnham in particular.

I visit the store frequently and every time I go in there the ladies are all great. The level of service is fantastic. I recently visited as I wanted to re do my living room, on this particular occasion Lucy helped me with colours and a fabulous rug and subsequently I purchased some beautiful lamps. I am delighted with all my purchases and my living space now looks like a Neptune showroom. Thank you to all the ladies that have helped us over the past few visits. I’m sure I’ll be back in again very soon 🥹

I cannot recommend Neptune Farnham highly enough, especially the very competent and charming Katrina, who above and beyond the call of duty, has gone out of her way to accommodate my demands. Renovating an old house and living abroad means that I am rarely in the UK for the designated delivery day in my area. However, Katrina and the Farnham team are so welcoming, efficient and always come up with a solution so I can get my furniture. This has now happened twice! (13/10/23 & 02/11/24) The furniture itself is stunning—elegant, timeless, and crafted with exceptional quality—but it’s the exceptional service that really makes me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Neptune Farnham and a special shout out to Katrina!

We have been undertaking a complete renovation of our Arts and Crafts house for a number of years. A Neptune kitchen and laundry were at the top of our must have list and guided the whole design aesthetic. Neptune Farnham, with Danica leading the team could not have done more to help us realise our vision. The quality of both the design service and all cabinetry materials right down to the last hinge is exceptional. I can not recommend them more highly.

Neptune sorted this and sent second lot of paint pots arrived quickly this time. I had used the shop which probably caused the delay first time. Excellent service Neptune.
