We recently bought our second kitchen from Neptune in Weybridge and we love it. Having installed a Neptune kitchen a few years ago (again from Neptune, Weybridge), when it came to our new home in Cornwall it was a no-brainer - we had to get another! This was because nothing matches up to not only the quality of the units, but also the customer service and design skills of Paul and his team in Weybride. So, we were so happy when Neptune said they could deliver and install in Cornwall. Highly recommend both the Neptune kitchens and the Weybridge store. Our new kitchen looks amazing and should last for years!! Money well spent. Thanks Paul!

A really well organised sale. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We bought a few items including a drinks cabinet, the warehouse guys were brilliant even though we were unable to fit it in our car despite trying everything and eventually leaving part of it behind to collect a few days later! One issue with a bowl we bought which is cracked but have contacted Neptune outlet via email to see if they can help!

Good communication on when my table would be delivered. ….. Seamless and on time delivery … Was assembled and all paper and boxing taken away ….. Delighted I bought from Neptune …

Ordering the sofa was the easy part of the journey, although wasn’t impressed by the fact that we had to pay the total cost at this stage. Other stores take deposits and pay the balance prior to delivery. Neptune had in excess of £7000 in their account for almost four months. At the time of ordering we were told three months delivery time as all sofas custom made in China! Three months came and went. No correspondence from anyone at Neptune, either to inform of delay or delivery. We made several phone calls. Told sofa delayed. We were given two further estimated delivery dates. Neither were followed up by anyone at Neptune to inform us of delay. It was always us having to contact them. We were told on the last call we made that the manager would ring us back before close of day. Nothing! An email was sent to them to inform them that we wished to have our money back if they could not confirm a date. We felt they had taken our money and lost interest in customer satisfaction. At no time did we have any contact from anyone to follow up on the email and our disappointment with the company. A lady from the Bury shop did eventually call back (but not the manager). And delivery was somehow possible when previously we were told that it was not. The sofa eventually arrived and the delivery men were the first people to show good customer care. Not a service that is expected from a company that charges a lot more than most normal high street stores. Maybe it’s time for them to review their policies and staffing, to ensure they have adequate training in customer satisfaction.

We have just finished having our wonderful new Neptune kitchen installed and couldn’t be happier! The whole process from beginning to end has been smooth and as stress free as possible. The whole team at Neptune Chichester have been absolutely incredible. The process started with a visit to the Chichester store where we instantly fell in love with the Suffolk kitchen. We wanted a quality kitchen built to last. We were greeted by Kinga who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable explaining the complete design process to us. From there we had several home visits where the talented designers Katy & Sophie reviewed our existing kitchen space and listened to what we wanted. Katy and the rest of the design team came up with a really clever layout working with our complex split levels and existing door access. Such attention to detail really has made a difference , making the space flow so much more than it did before and hiding the inevitable kitchen clutter out of sight. Ian Williams the installation manager was really great, communicating with us throughout the entire process, and with lots of home visits to ensure everything happened on time and in the correct order. Thank you so much Ian. Our kitchen installer, Ian Woodward, along with Stuart are so skilled! Their workmanship is absolutely superb. They had their challenges in our period house with such an uneven floor but boy did they deliver! Polite and friendly they were both fab. Thank you guys. My thanks also go to Katy, Jo, Jenny and all of the rest of the team in Chichester for their patience ( dealing with my numerous emails and phone calls!) kindness and professionalism throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble- what a team! The end result is a beautiful kitchen that will be enjoyed for years to come. It’s a joy to be in- thank you so much Sue & Stephen Beckett

The Chesham store has a high variety of products on display that allow you to browse the design and style that suits you and to confirm the quality of the products. Staff provides lots of friendly advice. Products have been delivered quicker then expected.

I bought a rug from Neptune . That rug was too big . They have collected it with a refund pending . I’m very impressed with this company and will be buying more of their beautiful accessories . Fantastic customer service . Thanks so much xo
