After the EPSOM fiasco, I was apprehensive about this sale. I’ve been to the past two that were held in Swindon and always enjoyed them. This one was well organised and managed; from the gentleman at the gates to the Neptune staff helping and advising customers, everyone seemed happy. The only slight negative was I couldn’t go each day to bag more bargains as the stock rotated, so had FOMO. Please continue to keep it in Swindon.

I always enjoy shopping at Neptune, and the staff at the warehouse sale were so helpful, polite and professional. Even when they were busy, they still managed to respond to my email regarding stock left on a particular item. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Love Neptune and get great inspiration from their showroom. Recent rug purchase was excellent. I took one star off as it is very expensive but then I suppose you get what you pay for.

I’m so frustrated. I’ve just unpacked a whole order of a new dinner service that I bought from you last week. I’ve gone to wash everything before using them and the plates are too big for our dishwasher. We actually have 2 dishwashers - Miele and a neff and they fit in neither. They’re so tall that the spinning water spray won’t turn. I even took one to my friend’s house to see if it fit in her fisher and piekel dishwasher and it was the same issue. The pasta bowls are also angled so they won’t fit either without taking up the space of 3 plates. I bought these as every day service so they just won’t work. I have no idea what process your design team go through as this seems like the first test for any dinner service for a modern home. It just doesn’t make sense that these checks aren’t made before manufacture and selling these things. I spent an hour unpacking and trying to wash everything and have no desire to spend another chunk of time packing everything up again. I wish there had been a review section in your site as I’m sure I’m not the only one who has thought this.

I ordered a dining room table. The table came in fantastic condition. It was delivered and put together by Paul and George who were polite and professional. I’m very happy with the product and the service provided.

The flowers were fab but the vase was so filthy I actually thought I'd purchased an opaque one by mistake. Not good enough really for what is meant to be a premium product.

Lovely people. Great quality. But parts missing. Ran way over and they had to come back several times because of poor communication between designer and fitters.
