It has to be five stars. This was my first Neptune Warehouse sale and I was so looking forward to it! I was not disappointed, it was the most relaxed, calm, civilised sale I had ever been to. Time slots, what a genius idea! Lovely, helpful man on the gate who explained there was outdoor seating and pastries available from the cafe, toilets available too. There was a very small queue and then we were all welcomed individually by the Neptune ladies each one with a smile and a warm hello. Everything inside was as I expected from Neptune, organised, tidy, and running smoothly. Numbers for time Slots were kept small so it didn’t feel crowded or rushed. Having called my husband mid sale he tentatively asked “so how is it?” to which I replied “I’m already looking forward to next years invite!” Thank you Swindon Neptune Outlet!

We attended the Neptune warehouse sale on Wednesday 18th September at their warehouse just outside Swindon. The whole event was very well organised (tickets booked on line for a specific time slot) so no real long queues, friendly staff and not too many people in the warehouse at any one time. Nice refreshments from the Neptune cafe. Overall a very nice shopping experience and I managed to buy two Lloyd Loom dining chairs that I had wanted for a long time at half price!

We recently attended the warehouse sale and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff members were so kind and helpful: they even allowed my children to join me! Many bargains to be had - I definitely have regret over not getting certain bits so will definitely be back again!

The greeting from the car park attendant set the scene for a lovely experience. Everything was so well organised and the staff so welcoming and helpful. The cakes and coffee were a great addition this year. It was so good I came back again later in the week!

I wanted some glasses and a member of the team helped us. They gave us he gave us the wrong type which we didn’t notice until we got home and Neptune won’t help get us the right ones!

I recently made my first trip to a Neptune Warehouse sale... it won't be my last! Well organised, courteous and helpful staff. Lots of bargains! It was also lovely to get able to grab a coffee and cake before the long drive home again.

I visited Neptune Outlet in Swindon for the warehouse sale. Got lots of bargains. It was all well laid out and plenty of helpful, friendly staff. I usually visit Neptune in Chichester as it is nearer my home. No matter what store you go to the staff are always friendly and helpful. The stores are immaculate and a great choice for the home.

Neptune Warehouse sale …. I travelled 3 hrs to get there on the Thursday (and 3 hours back ) and was very disappointed with the furniture prices ….. I was even more disappointed to get an email when I got home to say you were reducing the prices by 70% the following day !!!!! Prices should have been the same for all days . Think Neptune being very greedy !!!!!

Great experience at the Neptune Warehouse sale. Lots of lovely things at great prices, staff super helpful and the whole event was very well organised. Can’t wait for the next one!

I enjoyed the sale and thought there was a good range on offer, I bought a sideboard which I’m really pleased with however i asked if it would take a long time to pick it up and was told it wouldn’t but I ended up waiting 1h 45 and missed a meeting at my sons school I even asked if I could get it sooner but people weren’t very helpful, I did enjoy the sale but the wait for the big item was ridiculous

Recently attended Warehouse sale....a great opportu nity to grab a few bargains. The event was very well organised, not too busy, no long queues. As we would expect from a Neptune experience, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great to be able to buy a coffee and pastry after a long journey. Well done Neptune for ensuring this experience maintained your high standards! Looking forward to the next one.

My husband and I attended a warehouse sale and had wonderful experience. All staff was super helpful and ready to go extra mile to assist us

The warehouse sale was excellent and the staff were very helpful. However, the pick up experience could have been better for small items of furniture. I purchased a single wicker chair and when I arrived home it was apparent that one of the legs was broken so very disappointing. The chair was squeezed into my car which I imagine caused the issue

Myself and my husband were very dissapointed to have brought our friends here to show them our new kitchen ideas and to be met with such an unfriendly atmosphere. It felt like we were an inconvenience in the Neptune shop. Thankfully our visit in to the connecting cafe was a warm welcome as always, a delicious lunch and scrummy cake! A completely different experience from the cold Neptune shop.

Really well organised, had to wait only a few minutes to enter sale. Good selection of quality items. Short queues to pay. Can't wait for the next one!

Not the whole range available (obviously) but some very good discounts indeed. Every single member of staff we dealt with could not have been more helpful, from the man directing cars at the gate, to the person at the door to the helpers on the floor to the checkout staff - all were knowledgeable, friendly and really really helpful!
