It was our pleasure to deal with Oxygen and Brenda who has been our peoperty manager the whole time while since we’ve been in Marsden Street. Brenda was very aproachable and helpful every time we needed help so it was much appreciated. We were lucky that we didn’t need any major help the property has served us well and we took good care of it but couple of times we needed small help and Brenda has arranged it all very proffesionally. My name is Ruta Matautia, I was once with Oxygen for 3 years (2018-2021). My house manager that time was Brenda Morrison, she was a lovely lady and always puts our needs first. Everytime I called her in-needs of fixing something she answered and got it fixed in 2-3 days. We were lucky to have her as our house manager. Thank you.

We have a boarding house in Wellington (35 Vivian Street) of eighteen rooms. The tenants share one communal kitchen, one communal laundry, for the whole building and one bathroom on each of our three floors. We need everyone to be considerate of each other in using the communal facilities. Sandy at Oxygen Upper Hutt has been diligently answering our inquiries when other folk do not always comply. Usually that occurs because of language difficulties where it is hard to explain to tenants with no English language skills what is needed. Sandy is good at liaising with the owners to ensure smooth running of the boarding house. Writing on behalf of the building owner's perspective, I believe Sandy has done an outstanding job with new tenants and filled the boarding house with a full complement of tenants whereas before Sandy began, the rooms were about 50% - 60% occupied.

Brenda was helpful and flexible to our ever changing requirements.
