The staff in the Scarborough store are lovely, polite, friendly and helpful. I buy all my work shoes from shoezone, either in store or online... they are comfy and hard-wearing, and a good price. I also own lots of ankle boots, again, comfy, fashionable and great prices, this week I got 2 pairs of boots for £14.99, as it was buy one get one free... amazing ,

I have been looking for a casual comfortable canvas shoe for quite a while, at last i have what i have been looking for. A nice looking shoe that can and will be worn anywhere.

The slippers are great. Unfortunately the courier left them in the bin and hadn't left any idea they had been delivered or left anywhere. The parcel was found in the bin which had waste already in and then only when I went and threw most rubbish our. Very unsatisfied and doubtful to recommend or use again due to lack of care by courier .

I popped into the Burton on Trent store looking for some shoes for work. I found a lovely pair of brogues by Hush Puppies, there was a little mark on the toe. The shop assistant (Sam) said she could order on line in the shop and I’d receive them at home the next day. What an amazing service, they arrived the next day as promised. I bought the boot slippers on offer for 2 prs at 9.99, and that is a bargain. It meant that I could use 1 pair now and put a pair away for start of cold weather at the end of the year.
