Please stop using Evri for your next day delivery service!! Needed a pair of party shoes for my daughter and realised she'd grown out of her old pair. Browsed online and found shoezone offered next day delivery which would mean we'd receive them in time for the party. However didn't think to check which courier they used until got my confirmation email which stated it was Evri. My heart sank as Evri are notorious for saying a parcel has been delivered when it hasn't. This was indeed the case this time. Received a delivery slot time if 230-530 which would have meant we'd have shoes in time, then received an email from Shoezone saying Evri had confirmed delivery. Tracking shows delivery at 532pm at which time I was on our drive saying goodbye to a visitor so there is no way we missed the delivery. So now we have no shoes and I'm out of pocket. Appreciate this isn't entirely Shoezone's fault however Evri is well known for their terrible service so I will think twice in future about ordering online.
