Very pleased that Shoezone is starting to provide quality brands in their stores and online. I never used to consider Shoezone as their shoes were very unappealing, however since they have started offering brands like Hush Puppies and Skechers, I have started shopping there. Just bought 2 pairs of Skechers that saved me a fortune from ordering directly from Skechers (which is where I usually get them form. Delivery was very fast, delivered according to instructions and the quality was as expected, with very good communication via email, so overall very pleased with the service and the products.

Was looking for some foot wear for a holiday in march expecting to wait for a few days so I was amazed to find that they were delivered to my house free postage the next day. Excellent service and communication throughout will return in near future

I regularly buy from shoe zone for the family but mainly my daughter. Shipping is free which is a fab bonus considering the shoes are great value too. Also, shipping is quick, usually received within 2/3 days. My daughter has had sparkly heels, flats and canvas pumps. They don't wear too quickly like some cheaper shoes, however, sizing does vary, one size C11 might fit and another might be big. Overall - very happy and would recommend.

I have bought several products from ShoeZone and had loved them until I received some slippers I had worn for 3 days and noticed them starting to break so I contacted them by email to be told to fill out the form which I did I then received a response saying that I was not entitled to a refund because they couldn't see anything wrong! I was not happy at all . I sent several photos of the slippers where they are starting to break at the heel you can definitely see I even made the photos bigger! I then contacted them via phone which took me ages to finally get an answer to then be told to send pics of both pairs of slippers to the email which I received my response from and low and behold it was a none response email!! I tried again contacting them through email to now be told I can send them into them but I have to pay for the return until they find a fault with the slippers I will get a refund for post!! This makes me feel very angry and upset as I will not trust them to refund me especially speaking with them via email. The phone call was a waste of my time money not to say the slippers aswell.! I have been made to feel as If I am lying! Even though I had sent photos which were you can plainy see the fault! Never again will be buying from you guys.
