There needs to be, clearly, a notice when selecting to get it delivered to a parcel shop, that ID is required. The first time this is made clear is on the tracking page, which is too late by then. Not everyone had photo ID and not knowing this before payment is taken is bad practice. Please fix.

Shoes seem nice enough but yet to try on. Quick delivery and easy ordering. However I have to agree with Mr Brocks recent review ...'The delivery driver left my parcel where it could of been stolen he never came to my door and knock it was lucky i was in waiting. it seems for some reason when he is on this route the driver never never come into the property to deliver in person please could you question him as to why he never delivers to the door i am not happy at all' EXACTLY same issue. Just drop the parcel and go. Not near the door - but by a communal entrance- not good enough!

Great shoes sad to say a negative on delivery.

Very disappointed this time. Shoes arrived in squashed box stating size 4, which is the size I ordered. Upon opening box shoes size 7 !!!!! Obviously returned by someone and just bunged in wrong box by the way the were packed. One in a bag the other just covered in crumpled paper. Shoezone you've let yourselves down badly on this one. I now have to go into town to return them. Hoping for a speedy refund
