The quality of the boots was great and the price was very good also it was delivered the next day again and excellent service.

Shocking service. After waiting 9 days still no sign of my boots when state free next day delivery. Ordered same boots couple of months ago and didn't receive those either so thought i'd try again as boots reduced but hey ho same thing has happened again. Now waiting refund. Advisers quite abrupt. Shocking.

Very comfortable stylish boots, I loved the colour which made me order initially as fed up of the usual blck and brown boots for winter. I'm a size 5, true to size and very comfortable to wear.

This was a brilliant service next day delivery can't ask for better & I do like shoe zone boots for walking my dogs.

The fact that all four pairs of shoes I got for my wife and three sons all fit very well, perfect sizes and my family love them is all that matters. Shoe zone you did this. Can't wait for my next purchase.

I ordered some sandals at store to collect in a few days time. When I went to collect I just part opened the packaging to make sure it was the correct item. However when I opened properly later that afternoon the decoration was already half hanging off one of the shoes. It was being sold in the shop they would have removed it from the shelf as faulty but they are quite happy to send items like this out to you. This is second time this happened to me with the same product different store. I have bought about 12 pairs of these sandals over the years. I find the rest of their products hideous or cheaper at primark. This is why I never order anything off the internet.

Although I am pleased with my shoes, I am disappointed with the delivery. I ordered the shoes on Sunday and at the top of the home page you advertise Free Next Day Delivery. I placed the order as I desperately needed a pair of boots of thought this was the quickest option, however this proved not to be the case as the shoes only arrived today, 3 days late.

What went wrong? You used Evri. I can’t vouch for your product because I don’t have the items, nor have I received any notification from Evri. Even though I notified you that I needed the products delivered to me personally, due to a broken hip so, Evri has failed again! Normally they dump items in a gardening box in the car park, and once in the greenhouse. I don’t know where my package is because I am disabled and housebound.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, from the sale, to go on holiday, this coming January. I ordered 2 pairs of flip flops, which I got, a pair of brown shoes, which I also got, but the pair of trainers, I ordered, turned out to be a pair of women's shoes and because there was no invoice with the order I cannot return them

I am highly disappointed at this company I placed an order and Apple Pay mistakenly chose my old address I contacted customer care via chat 10min after I saw the error to cancel or change address they asked my preferred address i gave them. Then 3hours later I saw item shipped still to the old address then the customer care personnel responded to my email saying “item as been shipped” I need my item or money back 😡

I ordered my wife's new handbag and within 48 hours it had arrived wife is so happy like the saying goes happy wife happy life great service
