I've not had any information about the trainers I purchased. So trustpilot hasn't helped sorry.

Shoezone offer great footwear at great prices. Sadly I have had two parcels recently where the packing has been broken. The latest had been transferred to a Royal Mail see through bag so it did get to me with contents all there. Perhaps a stronger bag is called for. I am now worried about ordering online as this has happened twice now.

This wasn't a purchase online this time it was from the Birkenhead store. Very friendly,helpful staff, shop was tidy,clean and well organised. Shame to see closing down signs everywhere but after speaking to a member of staff, she told me they were re locating. Was soo pleased, there are far too many shops closing down in the town and people losing their jobs!!!!!

Just what I wanted from a casual pair of shoes. Easy to order from the website. Delivery was on time.

Was next day delivery due on Saturday unfortunately was held up and just arrived today. That's forgivable because of recent weather. Trainers look good but unfortunately covered in blobs of glue. Can't be bothered with the hassle of returning them. Quality control not good.
