Today about 11am (12th January 25) My husband, our 13 year old son and I visited the Louth branch to look for new school shoes, we were served by Janice she was so patient whilst our son tried several pairs on and offered advice, when asked if they had a foot measurer she went and got one without any quibbles she could have not done anymore to help out. I also got some boots that I had seen on the Internet. It is such a same that the Louth branch is set to close.
