Well, I want to have a good shopping experience with you, I chose a tag heuer formula 1 and according to its logistics it had to have been last week and it has not arrived as well I have a doubt that it is a legitimate watch I am going to give you my order number

This watch was NOT ordered by me and was ordered during the middle of the night(AEST) and I have had emails ensuring that you will fix this issue and refund me(since July 2021) and the matter is STILL NOT RESOLVED. I have been patient and polite and you have not resolved this unauthorised purchase

Here’s the timeline on my purchase. On 07/01/2021 I ordered a watch for almost $8,000 which represented a 27% discount from the manufacturers original price. I was told that the watch should be delivered between 08/03/2021 and 09/07/21. I called Watchmaxx on 08/24/2021 and asked for a status. I received an email back on 08/25/2021 stating that the dealer stated that the watch was still on time. On 09/10/2021 I received a message that the watch had been sent and should be delivered on 09/13/2021. Watchmaxx provided a FedEx tracking number. The watch arrived on 09/13/2021. The watch was authentic and in perfect working condition with all the protective plastic from the manufacturer still intact. The watch was received in the original box along with the user manual. As expected, the warranty card from the manufacturer was not included. The serial number on the watch was intact. My credit card was not charged until the watch had been sent. I am very happy with my purchase and with Watchmaxx. I would definitely use Watchmaxx again and recommend them based on my experience.

This is my third purchase from Watchmaxx (this time a Breitling Super Ocean 42). The watch is phenomenal and I love it! When I first ordered online, it said it usually ships within 1-2 biz days. However, it took a bit longer. Not a problem though. Also, I realize they do not come with manufacturer's warranty (they instead come with Watchmaxx warranty of same length). However, I did not receive a COSC certificate with my watch and which I was expecting. Not the end of the world but it would've been nice. EDIT: Thanks for the reply and the info regarding the certification!

Wow. I emailed them right after I purchased and asked to have it shipped ASAP- they delivered - thank you for your quick delivery. Leaving out of country tomorrow so this was PERFECT timing! It’s a gift - beautiful glasses!

Stop using UPS. Between your company's intransigence on changing delivery options while demanding a signature, I had to drive 30 minutes to the UPS facility to set up a puck up time. Of course they didn't show up and I had to take a 1/2 day off to wait for the delivery.

excellent shipping service.. your package is delivered in an armored van by two security guards. they will call you first to make sure your the one receiving it. they insured your order. as for the watch i was hesitant to buy from this company since it is a blind buying and it is an expensive purchase that i'm going to do but lo and behold the watch is 100% original and i got a good deal. i will definitely purchase again to this company.
