This is my fourth time order from your Co. when I have a exchange your Co. employee Jose said when exchange the Co. provide the label so he will ask sand a return label to me but it didn't I was so disappinted also your Co. charged $25.00 for delivery fee I didn't ask.

I ordered a Hamilton Khaki Pilot watch. I was skeptical due to all of the negative reviews I saw on here. I ordered the watch on 08/23 and it arrived on 08/25 so super fast free shipping. Also another positive is the fact that Watchmaxx doesn't charge sales tax which is a huge money saver. The packaging was okay. The watch came with everything a full set should have except for the user manual and the warranty card which was pretty disappointing. Other than that, the watch does seem to be authentic (I don't think Hamilton's really get duplicated but who knows) and the packaging seemed authentic as well. I will note that it is always super easy to get ahold of customer service. I called a couple times and there is literally no wait to talk to someone and it is always the same person that I talked to. Overall I would say that I am satisfied but I am still disappointed about the lack of a warranty card and no user manual.

This watch arrived quickly (faster than expected) and in perfect condition. I am very happy with the watch. It even had the time set to the correct minute. I would definitely do business with the company again.

I've bought two Oris watches from Watchmaxx, Pointer Date, and Artix GT. The combined retail price on the two watches would be $6,145 with taxes, and express shipping. I only paid $2,420, and could have paid about $100 less if I'd waited till that Artix had gone on sale for $999. I thought there was a problem with the Pointer's date function, but upon calling Oris I've figured it works fine. They gave me a free shipping label to send it back for possible service if need be, but thankfully I didn't need it. I think if you're in the market for an Oris your best bet is Watchmaxx if you want a Hamilton go to Ashford, Tudor go to Jomashop, Bucherer go to Shopworn etc. I'm going to probably buy many more pieces from Watchmaxx, in fact they have a real nice Tag Heuer Carrera GMT I might pick up soon. Watchmaxx also seems to have very good prices on Bulova watches. I mean their prices are great on all their watches, but hands down no one can beat them on Oris watches. Thank you Watchmaxx, this Pointer Date rivals my Tudor 1926 in my collection as my current favorite piece.

Two months after placing my order, they cancelled it. When I called, they advised me there was a technical issue that caused the order cancellation. They refused to match the price of my initial cancelled order. They were very rude and disrespectful when I was discussing the inconvenient experience their technical issue caused. When things escalated with the person I was speaking with on the phone and I asked to speak with a manager, I learned that he is the owner of the company! Never buy expensive and luxurious products from such a kiosk!

It was really good! I'm not very use to buy online and always afraid that the things didn't arrive but everything was so good, so amazing, so fast, so easy, that I'm positivily surprised. You are great! :-) Thank you for everything and my boyfriend is really really happy with his new watch ;-)

i paid for a full DTD shipment and found im charged by UPS for the release process + duties i kept complaign to UPS and the reply was its caused by the way WATCHMAXX is shipping it last time i work with WATCHMAXX terrible customer service , terrible company beware - you'll be charged at your end for much more !!!!

I purchased a $10000 watch which ended up being not authentic! I took it to the manufacturer and have communication with the manufacturer that the item is not authentic and is fake and they did not refund my money when item was returned! they charged me restocking fee!! they advertise selling 100% authentic item with original parts/ accessories but, ******** NO-******, *****they sell fakes**** Stay away. I guess that's what we get for buying expensive watches at discounted rates on their sites! you're not getting an authentic product.

Stay away! Scammers! Sell you fake after market crap and charge you a hefty restocking fee when you refund. Don’t buy a thing from threse ppl! Worst experience!

The watch as advertised, and delivered on time.

Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The Bulivia watch I bought is much darker than the pictures and almost looks black but in fairness it was much bulier on all the other sites as well. Love the watch. Would purchas there again.

I emailed WatchMaxx to inquire about a certain watch. I promptly heard back from Mark. We corresponded a couple of times and he was very professional. I ordered the watch that day, paid for next day shipping, and received my new watch on time. It was a perfect transaction.

Love the watch. It was what I was expecting when I purchased it. The reason why I gave the experience 4 stars instead of 5 was because, to my surprise, the watch was not brand new. You can tell it was worn by someone else and that it was returned. The back of the watch still had all the stains from the previous owners sweat. Parts of the band had the clear film while other parts did not. The watch itself runs and looks great but since we're still in a pandemic, I would have preferred the watch be cleaned or disinfected. I won't be wearing the watch until I get a new band to replace it with. I don't want to be wearing some strangers sweat on my arm, you never know what they could have. Edit: I am not happy about my experience with watchmaxx. First I get sent a watch that was clearly used even though the website advertised it as NEW. My order was for free shipping but then I get charged for the outbound shipping charges even though one of the reps told me on the phone I would get the full refund amount since I paid with Amazon pay. I won't be recommending this site to anyone looking for a watch

I bought a Tissot watch at $325. When I got the watch; I did not like it and I asked for a return. They gave me a authorization number and asked me to send it back by myself( WatchMaxx did not provide returning service). I paid $40 just for a FedEx service to send it back. A couple days later I received a refund notice of $300 even. I called to ask why I did not get a full refund. A person told me that they have to charge for the cost of sending the watch to me. Bottom line, be careful when you buy from this company. They say free shipping only when you keep the merchandise. If you return it; you have to pay for both shipping costs. In my case I had to spend $65. I lost about 20% of the value of the watch. I will not buy from this company again, period.

The watch was exactly what I ordered, for a great price. It shipped quickly and was packaged well. I made an error while ordering, and customer service fixed me right up without skipping a beat. This is the second time I’ve used Watchmaxx, and I can’t say enough positive things about my experiences both times.
