I was wary of buying online and so far away, but I needn't have worried. WatchMaxx.com delivered the watch to me at lightening speed and answered my e-mails in the 3 days between buying and delivery. They are 5* ebay sellers and I'd recommend them to the most anxious buyer among us. The watch is perfect. I love it. A huge THANK YOU to WatchMaxx. 10/10.

Some small delivery issues. Watch had jostled off its cushion and was loose in the box. Slight dent in the outer Tag box corner. Close inspection showed no damage to the watch. All numbers check out appropriately and it is keeping good time and operating properly. Pull out crown feels a bit tight. Watch is immaculate and understatedly beautiful. Strap is a little disappointing in thickness, but okay.

I would have given a 5 star review, but, the watch was advertized with a screwdown-crown and it wasn't. Other then that, the watch is exactly what I was looking for, and I am pretty sure I will be back to Watchmaxx to make another purchase

This is my 4th purchase from Watchmaxx. There was some delay getting the timepeice. Miriam in customer care kept in contact with me and the status of delivery. In order to rush final delivery, Watchmaxx expedited overnight delivery at their expense. Outstanding service from Watchmaxx as usual. Flying Colors!

Delay in shipping but sent message and response was prompt! Only reason it’s not five stars is if I had known delivery couldn’t go to a PO Box then rural address could’ve been given from the start. Need to update this to prevent future issues or possible lost purchases.

Bought Oris watch. Had some problems, like daytime doesn't display properly. Started communication with customer service to send the watch in. After couple of messages the customer service stopped respond. Don't believe the positive reviews. Not even sure if the watch is genuine, because somehow magically water was leaking in. Never took the watch for a swim. Unbelievable for a genuine Oris TT1 watch. The behaviour of the customer service in case of a problem should be enough to avoid this shop. I'm from Germany by the way.

Horrible return policy. They do not offer free returns. They charge a 3% restocking fee which isn't really listed anywhere. You have to go out of your way to find it. So, you pay for the return and then they charge you again with some total BS fee about a return credit card fee when they don't even pay for your return. They are trying to make money off of returns and there is horrible customer service to boot. Def stay away from this company. Typical NYC scam artists.

The only problem I had with watchMaxx is their return policy. I received my new watch and returned it the same day due to sizing. The cost of the watch was 516.00 and they took 31.00 off for return and handling. I thought that was a little hefty and will cost them in the long run for future buys. Bottom line is to get ready if you have to send it back plus the insured cost.
