Watch arrived and the unboxing revealed the beautiful timepiece I had ordered. It did not disappoint. Well packaged and in excellent shape. It is keeping great time and all that is left for me to do is size the bracelet. I am overall very happy with my new watch and will buy from WatchMaxx again in the future.

Pre-purchase customer service was terrible and overall useless. Didn’t try to understand the questions, no effort in answers, borderline rude. Very disappointing experience. The rest of the purchase was OK, as long as you know what you need and have a better knowledge than customer service (which doesn’t seem hard) Edit: not sure i understand the answer to my review. Nobody explained anything, the agent (“myriam”) answered my question by sending me the web link to the watch (no words, just sending back the link to the watch I was asking questions about 🤨). She didn’t follow up on my next email and no manager reached out. Looks like there is some miscommunication going on in the customer service team, and this is another example.

Breitling Avenger - WOW - I have never seen much less owned such a beautiful and quality timepiece. I knew i wanted a Breitling for many years but could not justify spending $4200 for a watch as I usually am wearing a Galaxy watch or TomTom Spark. Then I did some online research and discovered the "grey market." I was very skeptical at first and read articles, visited a local jeweler in Houston and watched some videos about this option. Finally I noticed that WatchMaxx was an intermediary company that Amazon used frequently. that did it for me and I pulled the trigger saving over $1500! I could not be happier with my purchase! The watch was received well before the "usual ship date" listed on the sales page. I believe this was because I informed the sales department that it was needed ASAP for a college graduation. All aspects of my first transaction with WatchMaxx met or exceeded my expectations. I got the best price on line for the Tissot Seastar 1000 Gradient blue dial automatic with mesh stainless steel band, got an additional $15 discount for 1st time customer, and the watch was shipped UPS 2nd day air for free. I just received the watch and all packaging, tags, books were as new from the factory. Using Amazon pay for the transaction was convenient as well. The watch looks great and works perfectly out of the box as expected. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from WatchMaxx again.

Great watch at a great price! Love the Propilot. Only suggestion would be to use another carrier for Canada than UPS as they are notorious for overcharging Canadians on duties.

For whatever reason the manual for my watch was missing. The watch I purchased was a automatic. In trying to rectify the problem their Customer Service person sent me a quartz manual. Found this very disconcerting as my bill of sale clearly states that it was an mechanical. To me this either was done deliberately or someone there is totally incompetent. The manager has stepped in and hopefully this issue can be put to rest. Frustrating for me as I live some 5K miles away. Still waiting. ET Update. Second manual arrived. Strike 2. Sent me the exact same one as the first. Simple resolution to a simple problem. Get me the correct manual that should go along with my Hamilton Khaki Aviation Auto.....and not a manual(twice) for a quartz watch. Sheesh. Left a message for the GM to call me back. Hope I don't get to strike three. If that happens they will surely lose a validated customer. ET 6/25/21
