I had a great experience dealing with Mark, he was very helpful and I would not hesitate to do business with them again. I have several watches that I will be sending them info so I can sell them to pay for the one I just bought.

Every time they are prompt with shipping the piece, (I understand with everything going COVID right now companies cannot be help responsible for shipping departments). Piece has always arrived complete with box, papers, and watch in good condition 10/10 will buy from again

Australia | 23 September 2020First time I bought from this website and the reviews I read was all from America. After getting scammed I realised the Australian reviews were all very bad. I was scammed out of almost $9,000. I bought a Watch that was not in stock but has 1-2 days waiting. I asked the representative and they told me that it will take just 2 days to ship. When I bought it and waited 2 days, I asked once more and they said 2 more days. And once more nothing. So I asked again and again. It ended up being 2-3 WEEKS! But that's not even the worse part. On the tracking it says 1lbs which is around 0.45kg. I got suspicious so I contacted Breitling and they said that the total weight of the watch and package should be 2kg roughly. That have me a lot of concern and so when I contacted support, they told me that it was fine. After it came, and when I opened it up, it was not what I order. The packaging was very strange as the item was in a UPS bag and that was in the actual box. Instead of my watch, I got two perfumes. As you could imagine, I immediately frozed and panic. Thinking the worse of the worse. When I investigated, I found that these two were sold on their website. So for the benefit of the doubt, I contacted them. They asked for a photo so I sent everything all together. Then I contacted them again, and they told me that they don't even have those perfumes in stock. BUT I COULD CLEARLY SEE THAT THEY DID. And all conversation just broke. He started accussing me and changed the story and put the blame on me. Called me a fraudster and said that it's not their problem. At this point which is the writing of this review, and let me remind that contacting them is a pain as they open when it's 1 am in Australia ( perhaps why they target us ), I can no longer find sense taking to them as the conversation confirmed that I was scammed. I will file am ACCC report and a fair trading report. I hope I can get my money back through my bank. PLEASE STAY AWAY, IT IS NOT WITH THE SAVING AND RISK!

United States | 13 August 2020I ordered an Bell and Ross wrist watch from them which did eventually came, but the watch bands did not fit. I brought this to their attention through their customer service department which replied that they do not sell individual watch bands. I called them directly, speaking to "Sal" where he asked if I would send them an image with a measuring device included as a reference. They replied that they are forwarding the image to their supplier. I had to call them again, since no action was taken, only to have them tell me that I was out of luck. I did ask them; "If you paid this much for a watch, wouldn't you expect that the watch would fit your hand?" They agreed but again said I was out of luck. Oh!!! Now you say that you have offered to send a new band....hmmmm. OK; order the B-F-008 MEDIUM band from Bell and Ross and send it to the address from the order. Do this and I will disappear. Until then, since the watch was ordered in July, and it is now October, I think you have bungled this and lost all business ethics of a decent company.

United States | 10 July 2020Would give 5 stars but I was swayed from the other negative reviews that I can relate to. As to be expected they are a GREY MARKET dealer. They have new watches with original boxes and no factory warranty as they are not an authorized reseller. In MY experience I bought a brand new Breitling Superocean it ceased after 3 days. Brand new Breitling! However I reached out to them, they responded within a few hours. Even followed up, we were able to get it handled in house without me having to chase anyone down and as so far so good with my new watch. I would likely use them again. But I would definitely pay with a credit card that has purchase protection just in case (however grey market dealers may be an exception to their coverage) but it would at least give an added layer of security to help facilitate any disputes that may arise.

United States | 25 February 2020I placed an online order 2/4/20 for an "in stock" item and was emailed an order confirmation with estimated delivery between 2/6 and 2/13. A week later on 2/11, I called about the order status. The customer service rep said that ONE is expected to arrive by the end of the week and that it would be shipped out and delivered to me the following week. Another week goes by and I called again on 2/19 about the order status. This time the rep said that it is out of stock and I should expect an email with the order status details within 24 to 48 hours. I never received any such email because it was never sent. I called back 2 days later on Friday 2/21, but they were already closed for the day. The following Monday 2/24, I called and spoke with "Mindy" who finally cancelled my order. At the time I placed my order, the item was listed as being IN STOCK. But obviously, that was not the case. They seem to allow you to place orders on "out of stock" items and then don't give you order status updates so you end up waiting and waiting and waiting for your watch to be delivered. Meanwhile, they don't even have your watch ready to ship. This makes them appear as being incompetent at best and shady at worst. For a business that claims to have 20 years experience, this is inexcusable and very unprofessional! This was a horrible buying experience and I will never again give them my business. I advise anyone not to buy from these scammers/liars. Pay a little bit more and buy your watch from a reputable dealer.

United States | 16 February 2020I purchased a Movado from them about a year ago. I have nothing but great things to say. They e-mailed me a detailed order receipt. I also had a few questions, and they promptly answered them for me. Watch was delivered in a timely fashion, and is authentic, as it had it checked at another watch dealer in my neighborhood. Looking at a few of the negative reviews, it seems like at least one of them is just entitled. You couldn't be at home to sign for your package, so you give this place a negative review?? Ridiculous. Grow up. Work it out with UPS. I'll be purchasing from the again.

I bought a Tissot from them three months ago and need to get it repaired, I need to pay for it because they are not an authorized dealer. If I bought from an authorized dealer it'd be all covered!

They didn't do anything to make this convenient for me at all!! I ended up being on the phone with customer service, UPS and driving 50 miles to pick up the package from the "closest" UPS center in LA !!! I will avoid watchmaxx and UPS for sure
