Ive read all these glowing reviews of the policy purchasing agreement. Of course they're gonna be great / sales men on their best behavior. They haven't got your money yet nor have you made a claim. I wanna see the claim reviews. All this other stuff is almost worthless and def. misleading. I got a quote from Concord for 40k more miles than any reputable competitor, as well as almost 1000 less. A win win seems way too good to be true. AAA is the best of the 4 i've contacted. Concord beats them by a large margin. Too large. Def a red flag. I'll have to do more research, this site like i said is very misleading.

Ralph was excellent to work with, very customer service oriented, after getting haggled and pressured at dealer when buying second car, I came back to Concord for extended warranty on 2013 prius because of my experience working with Ralph earlier in the year. Called Concord based on the review of the 8 best companies...Concord was listed #2. Spoke to Jeff, who explained in as much detail as I asked for, the features and benefits of the contract. He also offered a couple incentives, which I accepted. I particularly like the fact that Concord is not a broker...they handle everything in-house.

Quick, easy, comprehensive. Thousands less than any other offer for a high mileage vehicle with better coverage.

Its still too new to tell but the purchasing was easy. Seems to be a good policy at a decent price. They come highly rated and Ralph and Michael were really good to explain everything to me. I only hope I never have to use it.
