I feel comfortable in knowing that I have extended coverage for my car. Jeff was also very helpful in extending various discounts that helped to make the acquisition of the policy more affordable. United States | 29 June 2018Called promptly the following morning with price quote on my car. Was very polite at first until I heisted on making the purchase this instant. He then went on to tell me they were the best and cheapest and I would be spending $1000 more with other companies. When I explained I would like to review the information I felt like I was at a car dealership, I was given 6 different prices and options of paying for the same coverage. I do not appreciate into being pushed into something especially as large as this. How can I review a company when I haven't had to experience a claim? Please send me a review request if and when that happens so I can make an honest review. But this was my experience regarding sales.Thank you.

United States | 25 June 2018Ralph was incredibly patient with me as I did my research and asked a lot (A LOT!) of questions. There were many e-mails and phone calls asking questions about vehicle service contracts in general and more specifically Concord's plans as well as the particular policy quoted. I really appreciate the time (over the course of a few days) to finally understand everything involved before making my final decision. If this is any indication how the next 150,000 miles will go, then I am confident that Concord will continue to have my business for years to come (and future vehicles)! Thanks UPDATE 7-26-18 So less than two months from getting the car, I had to use my policy for a bad wheel bearing. The estimate for the repair was a little over $500. Concord covered $377 of that bill. While I am happy they covered 3/4ths of it, I was surprised they didn't cover all of it. The reason given was because my policy was so new... which I can understand and they could have easily said it was a pre-exisiting condition and denied it all together. Also, according to my mechanic, these companies will get the average cost nation wide of the same repairs and will only cover that amount for any repairs (so if you are being charged more for the repair, you will have some out of pocket to cover the rest of the bill) which I wish I had known before hand and I will now have to keep this in mind on any possible future repairs. Despite this, I will still give them 5 stars, because they did cover most of the repair bill with a new policy plus the whole process of my mechanic calling and getting the okay to start repairs came in less than an hour (I thought it might take a day or two).

United States | 09 June 2018Before I purchased an extended warranty for my 2016 Chevrolet Suburban, which is still under manufacturer’s warranty, I contacted several Vehicle Service Program companies to compare their offers. I spoke with Agent Henry Scott at Concord Auto Protect and he did an excellent job at explaining CAP’s “Premium Program” and answering all my questions. I was offered a very competitive price and will start my coverage at the end of my vehicle’s manufacturer’s warranty. Got a follow up call from Henry to confirm everything he sent had been received and all information was correct. Very good and very professional service from start to finish. Glad I called Concord Auto Protect before purchasing an extended warranty for my vehicle.
