Yet unused, waiting arrival of baby. The quality of item and the surprise that it is reversable is better than expected.

Had a problem with the car seat part of this travel system. There was no insert and my baby was lost inside it and his head was falling which was very unsafe. I contacted Jane who asked for pictures of my baby in it. The next day I received an email saying they were sending me out and insert for the car seat. Which arrived 4 days later. It would of been here sooner only for the weekend. Customer service was excellent and solved my problem extremely quick. The rest of this pram is lovely. Chassis is very light and easy to fold.

Very quick. Ordered on Friday, received the item on Saturday, and it was an international delivery! Would definitely recommend it!

They sent the wrong part, the design must have changed. I had to modify the end of the cable to make it work.

Ordered a replacement brake cable for a Trider pram. Was delivered very quickly, and works great. The customer service was fantastic, one of the pins at the wheel which the brake cable attaches had gone missing, and they sent me a spare which means our pram is now fully functional again! Thanks :)

Great quality product

Although I didn't get the set Minnum Micro Clouds (sale item) I ordered, because the carrycot had been oversold, I am satisfy with the products and delivery. Now I have the travel system with the parts of three different models, but, as I can see in other reviews, I am not the only one.

I very rarely bother with reviews but this product was a replacement by us for a poorly functioning car walker with sticky wheeels etc and I can not recommend it highly enough. No issues with the product despite excessive use (by multiple children). Would buy again in a heartbeat and customer service was very efficient.

I am happy with the product quality. The disappointment came from the fact that the colour mini carry cot from the set I ordered, was oversold. I was informed about that a week after the order was placed and paid for. So i had to compromise and agree with a different colour. I didn't cancel the order because I really liked the set and i am happy with the quality. Delivery was prompt and everything was in place.

Very quick turn around from order to delivery

Lack of communication with regards to the delay of delivery of my order. Turned out to be because of holidays. That's fine, but if I'd been better informed, I could have taken this into account. Addition after your comment: This is really not a nice thing to say. The banners stated holidays till 01/01/2019. That's why we waited till this date to order, expecting normal delivery. When almost a week later I hadn't received an update yet I contacted Jane and I was told that also my delay was due to the holidays. So outside of your banner dates. Thank you for your response. I didn't deem the delay unacceptable, I would have just appreciated a quick message to update me on the delay, as to manage expectations on the customer's (my) side.

The worst experience in my whole life . . its the first bad review i ever give to someone . .. i did order and they told me that will provide me a tracking number . After 20 days that order was late i called them and they told me was not tracking number available . . After 1 month of waiting they told me that they will reship item and provide a tracking number again . . no tracking number again . . After 1 month and a half that item not arrived i called them and told me to wait another 15 days otherwise will refund me .. After 2 months i called them again and told me that they will refund me . . they did it in next minute . . But it was 8 pounds less .. I called them again and they told me that they refund only the item value . . because they have shipped item 3 times and this is how it works .. I told him them that they was lie because according their words item was shipped twice. . After that they close the phone to me . . i called them back and they told me this is how they work . So i never got an item i was needed i waited all this time and i loose 8 pounds . . . . WORST EXPERIENCE IN ENTIRE HISTORY . . this order was for a Universal Bath Tub Shower Tray £38,76 was in stock and still is . order number 105603 I can provide any document or proof needed . .
