Poor Customer services. My daughters head is not being kept upright by the headrest or the material it is made of, if she falls asleep in the car. I called Jane explained my problem with honesty and said I had used the seat twice (a return journey), but was willing to exchange (not a refund) my product to one that would have a different headrest. The Jane response was "Your main issue is that your daughter cannot fall asleep in the seat without her head falling forwards. Next stage car seats like you are using here with your 3 year old are not designed for children to sleep in. They are designed to prevent injury in an accident. Any child or adult who falls asleep sitting up would experience their head tilting forward slightly. There are neck pillows available that can help support a child’s head, however these are not usually recommended for children over 3 as they should be able to support their own head already by that age however this could still help." Is this some get out of jail commentary. I bought a product and it does not work for my child. For her health and safety I would like an exchange, why would Jane not also want the best for their customers? Or does profit come first. My daughter is not the only child in the world to fall asleep in her car seat for that I am sure. Terrible way to treat a customer buying a £250 car seat for the safety of their child. I cannot recommend based on my received poor level of customer care. Ross. London

Good product that arrive the next day after ordering. For some reason they say they are unable to take orders over the phone which at the tiem made things difficult.

So easy to order from! I accidentally ordered the wrong base for the car seat, they kindly emailed me to make sure I knew and suggested the right one for my carseat they were so friendly and sooo helpful. Can't recommend this company enough!!

We’ve been using Jane’ products for over 10years now. We’ve just started using the new iSize car seat and Isofix. It’s so easy to fit and very very comfortable for our 17month old.

From start to finish they were friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy in any of our decisions in buying their products!

I always do my research before buying, and I did before buying this item. I highly recommend this product and can easily rate it as much stars as I possibly can. We purchased the Jane Crosswalk, Matrix light carseat plus isofix. When I first received the pushchair I thought it was too heavy and I really struggled with the weight of the carseat when baby was inside, I had just had a c-section and was not very strong. Having said that, I soon came to enjoy the pushchair, it is really easy to steer and can go off road. It is clearly very well made and sturdy. I still think the carseat is too heavy but I just leave it in the car, the swivel function on the isofix makes it so easy to take baby in and out. I would recommend products from Jane if you are prepared to spend the money, they are built to last and are super safe.

Ive ordered changing bag . it was a nice bag but smell was horrible i had to spray perfume take it outside hang a days ... still a bit hope go away soon.... Other than everything is good. love my Jane 3-1 travel set. very comfy for little ones. Shame they dont sell spare pushchair seat...

Not good. Quality of Pram not as good as made to believe. We returned the Pram and not received any confirmation of a credit. Chasing everyday and no response not impressed.

My 14 month old loves her car seat. I may now even be able to drive the car without my husband sitting in the back with her. No more crying. The seat is quite high so it allows her to see out - I think this has made all the difference. Customer Service was great as I called them up regarding the product before purchase. One issue we had was the first time I tried to strap my daughter in - the seat belt wouldn’t loosen. After a lot of frustration I found the instruction manual lodged in the back of the seat which was the reason for it jamming!
