Initially prompt service and good communication but ultimately decided not to keep the travel system bought so had to send back all packages (over 30kg) at our own expense.

The product quality is great, however delivery is unacceptable. We ordered two prams about 5 months apart, both were delivered by DPD at least 3 days left, and between the date when they were meant to be delivered and the delivery date, they were extremely confused and had absolutely no clue where the parcels were. I wish they had the option to deliver through a diferent courier...

I ordered almost a month ago and still haven't received my sons walker. I emailed 3 times to try and sort out what was going on. I still haven't had a response! The money was taken from my account its unacceptable

Great, easy to use. and quick to deliver

The rain cover is perfect. It is large so when you want to bring it just in case it might rain, one would need to put it on the buggy anyway, leaving the Windows open. There's no where else to store it. It works well though.
