Extreamly dosapointed! I’ve been using Jane products since my daughter’s been born. Unfortunately my recent experience with them has been awful. First thing I would like to mention is that their website is not updated, as I wanted to order a specific footmuff design which was shown on a picture in their listing but it was not part of the list from which you can order. I have contacted their customer service team and was told that the footmuff on that picture would never be available again. So my first question is, what’s the point to be on their listing? This is just confusing the buyer. After that I have purchased another footmuff for my Jane pushchair, which was due to be in stock in two weeks time. Although it was a bit too long for me to wait as it was getting colder and I had to find one as soon as posible I have decided to wait. I checked the listing again on the day when the item was ment to be in stock and saw that it was out of stock. Contacted their customer service team and was told that actually I wold need to wait another two weeks. I explained that this lives me in a very difficult situation as I can’t afford to wait another two weeks. Also if I knew that I have to wait so long, I would have purchase another of their footmufs which at the time were in stock, but they have gone out of stock now. The answer to that was if you don’t like them, don’t purcase them. As a solution I was offered a refund! So I am asking how would that help me and is that a profesional service.

I needed a spare part for my pram and David gave the best customer service I have had in a very long time. He went the extra mile and Jane UK are a fabulous company. I would recommend 100%.

The build quality of this push chair is far superior to anything in or above this price range.

Excellent service and excellent products

I ordered a couple of footmuffs and they arrived very promptly, just a couple of days later. The quality of the items is excellent, very soft fabric and warm footmuffs. I was given a tracking number to check the delivery status, which was useful. Overall, a very good experience.

I received my pram but there were parts missing, it took 3/4 phone calls and discussions to get all parts, however, staff were so pleasant and easy to deal with and made up for any inconvenience. Love my pram (Muum 2017) which I am using at the moment for travelling and find that it’s so easy to manoeuvre and baby loves being so high up. By far the easiest way to travel through airports and on the plane. Would definitely buy from Jané again.

Very fast delivery. Exactly what was ordered and brake cable even came with printed instructions on how to install correctly. The brake itself is a bit complicated to install but worth the perseverance and works perfectly.
