Quick deliver and very straightforward on the website

Very disappointed! Communication at first was great. I was getting responses straight away regarding delivery and product details etc. Unfortunately, the pram we ordered wasn’t suitable for us (it wasn’t of great quality either) and we had to return it. Ever since I’ve been trying to get an update about the refund and the communication (the lack of it) has been shocking!

I bought a mattress to go in our pram. I've not used it yet, but the Jane matrix pram on the crosswalk chassis has been amazing. We've been able to go on long journeys without worrying about positional asphyxia, and it's great to be able to get out of the car and if the baby is still asleep they can stay in the car seat until they wake up. We've even been able to take the pram (and baby) on walks through the woods

Purchased the car seat protector from Jane. Good quality product and quick delivery. However it does not fit the seats of a Volvo V70 the straps are no where near being able to go round the head rest poles to secure the mat. I am going to have to spend more money on finding a way of extending them to make the product fit the car.

Fantastic service and a fantastic product. Only issue I had was with the courier used to deliver my product. They delivered it to a neighbour and didn’t advise me.

The website is very helpful with dimensions. Delivery to Ireland took 5days as anticipated. The mattress I ordered was as described. Updates via email regarding my order. I would use Jane UK and Ireland again.

I bought the Trider + Isofix + Matrix and the Bedside deluxe crib. I haven’t used them yet, but I did assemble them and they seem to be quite sturdy and of good material. The international shipping was ok, arrived a day earlier than I was first told by DHL.
