We had a minor issue with the chassis of our Jané buggy. After contacting their super friendly UK service center, they sorted us out with a replacement really quickly, no messing around. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with them! Special shout-out to David for helping with the speedy resolution.

The pillow is great just if I can attach it somehow to the pram

The travel system looks very good. It is easy to fold it and unfold it. I have not used it yet because the baby should arrive at the end of September. I really wanted the carry cot to be used as a flat car seat . So, Thanks to Jane for this.

Matrix light car seat is amazing, love the fact it can lie flat in the car making our long holiday journeys easier and more comfortable for our little one. Just purchased the Montecarlo car seat, haven't used it yet as little one is a bit young for it, but don't think it will disappoint

The pram / pushchair/ car seat all came as expected. Was very disappointed with the TNT delivery which claimed the couldn’t find the address (it was supposed to be delivered to the school I work in!) then claimed it was because the address was wrong - despite the new labels having the same address! The boxes were damaged and a slight scuff on the matrix light 2 platform.

Purchase was great and pram was delivered really quickly. Only minor niggle was the lack of communication about the order. Would have at least appreciated an email saying order was successful and was out for delivery. Apart from that everything was great
