The dog food came well packed in a box. Arrived in good time. There was a nice thank you note in the box with some free treats for the dog. Which was a lovely of them. It is nice to shop with a small family firm. I will shop with The Pet Warehouse. Very Pleased

Its perfect and both my cats love it. Its nice and big, lets in a ton of light from the large transparent door and plenty of turning and scrapping room inside. Its easy to clean with the lift up flap but most importantly, its keeps everything in unlike some previous kitty boxes I've had. So no more puddles from leakage. Arrived faster than expected to.

Was very pleased with how quickly my order arrived. I had previously ordered from another company and ended up with a refund 5 weeks later. - this lead me to order from The Pet Warehouse. The cage is for my cockatiel, I ordered the Vision large double height. It's an awesome cage. I'm in the military and live on camp, so need to keep my room to inspection standard most the time. The vision cage means there's no mess (seed dropping outside the cage) because of the plastic deep base. Easy to put together and my bird loves his new home. Could easily home two tiels or a small parrot. Highly recommend.

The Catit jumbo litter box is huge, it's wider and so much deeper than the standard litter boxes. All three of my cats took to it straight away. My half bengal is huge and he has a problem with the standard litter boxes as l usually have to remove the door but no more! Plenty of room for even the largest moggy to turnaround in the Jumbo Catit box. Above all l love the convenience of not having to remove the whole lid to clean it out, the front just folds back. Communicative, good prices and great service

Cage I ordered was initially not in stock so had to be ordered. I was offered either a full refund or told that there could be around 1 weeks wait for the cage to come in. Concerned as this was for a birthday gift so had a limited timescale, but The Pet Warehouse had by far the lowest price for this very hard to find cage. So I went ahead with the order. I was kept informed throughout the process, and the cage arrived to my chosen branch of Argos ready for my collection slightly ahead of schedule. Very happy with level of customer service, and cage looks great. Haven't tested it yet as hamster is yet to be purchased! Very glad I chose to go ahead with this purchase from The Pet Warehouse - I will be definitely be using them again in the future for all things hammy.
