Quality of sausage was unacceptable, dry and crumbly with a stong unatural smell ( rather like beef oxo cubes) My dog refused to eat them so I returned them and was given a refund. I still feel I should have been refunded the postage costs for the return as they had to be sent back through no fault of mine. I wouldn't buy again.

I bought the rosewood xl hamster cage and bundle so much cheaper then pets at home, service was excellent and my order was delivered the next day. There was a crack in the base I rang pet warehouse who sent me a replacement out straight away. We have a very happy hamster who lives his new home!!
