Well constructed, robust and as big as described. Cat has a problem adjusting to such a big box, compared to previous box from Pets@Home!

Totally recommend the pet warehouse. Their service was wonderful. I ordered the wrong size bed for my hairy boy but once I had returned the bed, there were no quibbles for refund and they sent new size out straight away. Very impressive service. Delivery was ultra quick with useful pre-delivery message. Cage (Vision Medium Double) was exactly as described - slightly awkward to put together but once assembled, good quality and well designed. Not sure what budgie thinks of it yet - seems happy enough. Contact at TPW was friendly and helpful. Top class all round.

Ordered a crate mat for out German Shepherd and was really impressed with the service. We went to pets at home on the Middle-Brook retail park (Horwich) to buy a hamster for my daughter`s birthday.The member of staff spent some time with us explaining all about their care etc.We choose two dwarf hamsters but one had a slight issue so we choose another.He was very patient and explained to my 10yr old about how to keep the cage etc clean.A great experience and a thumbs up for pets at home!
