The option is nice especially when money gram cancels transactions on Fridays for me. The only downside is the fee is 3 times more by using JN. And sometimes JN will change the direct deposit into a cash pickup which is inconvenient and a hassle. But customer service helps and fixes the issue.

I’ve been trying for months to activate an online account with JN bank and up-to-date, l am not successful, I have made several attempts to reach out the bank and no help thus far. So I am asking, what kind of services are you providing? Is the bank for a select few, or is the bank accessible to everyone?
