You guys send promotions on the same day you are running it. It is in-store only and many of us customers can not make it to the store due to our work hours.

Received 2txt messages regarding promotional rate for today. These came from the same numbers linking this survey. Store personnel state this is false information. Your bank is really losing credibility with this gimmick. Trustworthiness is in the toilet.
