Fast good service always

I had a very frustrating ordeal with the identity verification process for the JN Money Online platform. I provided the requested information in 3 different ways; via email, upload to the platform itself and visited a local branch and it took 6 business and multiple follow ups to get the review completed for me to be able to transact on the platform.

Customer service is very poor, the waiting time to speak customer service is way too long then when they can't answer your questions or solve the issue they put you on hold so they can put the phone down to pretend the line got disconnected.

Inability to change email address without repeating the certification process over again. A whole new profile set-up, why???
