System are always down in my area and then they want your whole life be sent online to you just verify a person. I don't like this process nor do I enjoy sending such pertinent information to a complete stranger in this day and time where people's identity are being stolen! However, after the painstaking task of the profile set up, sending the actual money was very easy. But mannn, let's get on the same page as modern technology and stop putting people through that kind ringer.
