I even back-tracked to check the card payment was selected only to then make a cash payout. Cancelling takes a lo g time - at least 5 days to recieve money back in my account and they then have the cheek to not refund the fees despite their websites incompetence. Not at all happy

The instructions aren't very clear and though the customer service reps were very professional and polite, their knowledge base was not very helpful. Please provide clearer instructions for customers not living in Jamaica.
