I made a purchase that without a doubt was my fault in having to have an item returned. I was happy with everything Focused Tech did to help me out but do think the restocking fee was a bit high. Other than that they are fantastic! I will just make sure I have all my ducks in a row the next time I make a purchase with them.

Spoke with Chris who was very knowledgeable about projectors, and listened to my needs and came up with a perfect solution. I ordered the product, gave credit info, and was told it would be at my door in 2 days. Unfortunately, 4 hours later I get a call stating that they were on back order for 2 weeks. I was under the impression that Focused Technology had it in stock, but they were just drop shipping from the manufacture.. Disappointing... I had to buy it from B and H for a higher price.

Called Chris based on a random internet search with a specific need and he got us sorted pretty much instantly. You never know what you're getting when you find a retailer on the Internet, but I'm happy to say I was able to source exactly what I needed painlessly.

It took 3 weeks to get my package delivered. Focused Technologies should've sent it UPS or FedEx. Pilot delivery is antiquated and slow.
