Customer service was very accommodating getting the order processed quickly as we were under a time constraint to replace an old broken screen. They gave good advice on a replacement screen that met our needs. Service rep was very polite.

Our church had a problem: on sunny days our projected visuals were hard to read. I thought we needed a better screen. Chris Feeney at Focused Technology asked the right questions, reviewed our situation, and suggested we would be better served by a new, more powerful and higher resolution projector than a new screen. We ordered one on a Monday and it was delivered before the next Sunday. We have used it every Sunday since and are very impressed with the images projected--brighter, clearer, easier to see. We have absolutely no complaints about our buying experience--only praise and gratitude for the advice, quick delivery, and excellence of the produce purchased.

Ordered 2 projection screens that happened to be out of stock and I received a call right away. I was given option to cancel order or to get 2 other screens that were a little more in cost for the same cost that the other 2 were. They shipped and I received screens within a week. I would buy from them again.
