The staff were great - very prompt and knowledgeable. The web site was well organized and informative. I was able to narrow down my options, then a sales rep helped me finalize the decision. The screen I ordered took a few days longer than expected to ship, but it was still plenty speedy, and the free shipping made it well worth the wait! The sales rep should've repeated back to me my email address during my phone order. The resulting typo snagged my getting a receipt and caused minor problems on my company's end. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I was shopping for a new, high-luminance projector for our car club. I had narrowed the choices between Hitachi and Optoma. I had input from two different potential suppliers. The Focused rep was more knowledgeable. When it came time for pricing, Focused Tech was much more price competitive and also extended a not-for-profit discount when I noted our club was a 501 corp. Highly recommend FT and my sales rep Christopher Feeney (x401). Thanks for the great service and for saving our club a not inconsiderable amount of funds which can now be re-directed toward our donations!

The product I received was good and timely but getting a receipt from the vendor took some time and I had to contact them a couple of times to get my receipt for my accounting office who were pressuring me for the receipt.

I ordered a Da-Lite tensioned motorized screen from Focused Technology back in early 2011. Over time, the screen began to show lines in the vinyl backing, and even though the warranty had expired, FT shipped me a replacement for the cost of the screen itself. It was easy to install, and now I am enjoying the full benefit of 120" of HD video. FT has a customer for life!

I had done some homework on which screen we might need based on our situation - some ambient light. Focused Technology confirmed my research and refined it. Great help. Price was what I expected (surprise) and ordering and shipping were super.

very easy from beginning to end

the outdoor movie theater I purchased from Focused Technology is a big success in my house. I did have a problem with connecting the projector to the speakers, but once I found an adapter, which only cost $4.00, that problem was quickly rectified. In fact I had to lower the sound because I started receiving calls, from my neighbors, asking me to turn the sound down.
