These guys were super. I did not need the screen so they discounted the system we wanted to eliminate the screen. Also, the projector vendor did not ship as promised so Focus Technologies sent it from their location with 2-day delivery. Could not have been happier and we had our Father's Day outdoor premier just as we had planned.

Great job by William getting an old lamp for my customer. No one had this lamp but he found out how to get one from over seas.

Quick shipping of product and had the best price. But although I ordered the silver version of a desktop monitor mounting arm, and silver color was listed on my invoice and packing list, they actually sent the black version. Since this is a largely out-of-sight item, I just decided to keep it - so I can't write about any experience with their Customer Service to resolve the matter.

No issues. Received two packages one tracking number. Made a call was a slight mix up. Second package showed up the next day.

No delivery notification when it left the factory. No notification from the shipping company. Delivery guy called when he was there and I was thirty miles away. Only sent one guy to unload a 220" crated screen and driver did not want to help unload.

So far as I can tell the product I received is very good. The shipping of the product dragged on for almost a month. Would have been nice to know how many different packages I was going to be receiving and when. They were very good about helping me over the phone though.

Based on our needs, Darren at Focused Technology recommended the Panasonic PT-EX800ZLU LCD Projector with a Panasonic ET-ELT21 Zoom Lens. The quoted price was reasonable, so we decided to stick with the Panasonic brand for our replacement projector. The product was shipped promptly. The installation was quick and easy, which did not require us to call on Focused Technology for any support.
