Ever since I signed up with IdentityForce, all the alerts I get from IdentityForce are the deposits or transfers I have done into my bank accounts. It's as if I am reminded of what I know that I did with my own money. None of the purchases in my credit cards were brought to my attention. Last month, the credit card company themselves notified me about a foreign country purchase. Recently, two of my credit cards had questionable purchases and those two credit card companies notified me. The purchases turned out to be fraudulent. IdentityForce seems to be useless. They never sent me alerts on those cards and still don't have any alerts even in the online account I just checked. 05/19/17: My reply to IdentityForce: It seems my complaint is a common complaint among your customers and is not something new. I wish I read other people's review here before I signed up. You said, "We understand your frustration and would like to provide additional clarification that alerts are based on the preferences you set for the accounts." Your response seem to imply that I've set up my account so that IdentityForce will not notify me of fraud alerts? That is so ridiculous. No need for further clarification from you. I have deleted my information from the account. Please issue me a prorated refund ASAP. UPDATE 05/23/17: IdentityForce CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD instead of refunding me!!!!!! I initially paid the annual fee for the service in March 2017. As of May 22, 2017, my bank statement shows another charge for $104.+ Why would IdentityForce charge my card without me authorizing it? Please issue me a the prorated refund and another refund for the charge you made on my account for a service I never authorized. I called the IdentityForce # in the charge/statement but no one is available. No after hours service. UPDATE OF MY CARD STATEMENT ON 05/25/17: A 3rd separate activity on May 24 from IdentityForce appeared on my statement. Could it be something related to the charge that IdentityForce did on May 22 that they said they did not do? I asked IdentityForce for a screenshot of the activities they processed using my card so they can prove they did not charge me on May 22 but no screenshot until now. An editable 'table/chart' was emailed to me that anyone can just put together saying 'refund' was successful on May 22 and words in emails have not proven to me that they did not process a charge. I HAVE an actual screenshot of the charge on May 22 and a separate activity that explained a lot on May 24. We as consumers have to send actual copies of processed checks or bank statements (for example) to prove ourselves; however, IdentityForce just sends their 'word' as proof. Dear IdentityForce: Send me an unedited screenshot of the activities from the credit card company that processed my card this Month, IdentifyForce! That's the step you decided to skip. I already called my back about what you did and confirmed your activities. IdentityForce still has not proven they did not charge me on May 22.

Initially, I was impressed with the service only to learn that I am NOT receiving my FICO scores on a quarterly basis but some OTHER calculation that leaves me exposed to being denied credit and armed with garbage when I go about pursuing rental properties. Not a few points but nearly 100 point variance is not remotely acceptable. Would never renew or endorse IdentityForce

This is regarding my recent experience over the last couple of days when I got a mail about some SSN alert. When I tried to log in, my log-in was blocked requiring two-factor authentication - this would have been ok but your system had old phone # rather than the updated one and it didn't give me another option such as using email. I had called several times into your customer service to no avail, and finally when I got through, I was on hold for over 2 hours but didn't get anybody on the call. I did get a call later today when the rep changed authentication to email but suggested "it's only one-time change to use email for authentication". It should be up to me as the account owner, whether I want to use phone or email for authentication and my account should not have been set up for phone authentication with old phone #. I hope this doesn't happen again and the experience improves going forward! Also, I am still waiting to have this ticket resolved, which has been open for over a month now.

I find it difficult to believe that this would be effective when I have transactions over the limit on the 21st and no notification until the 2nd of the following month. This does not meet my expectations and don't see any preventive value that I would get from my card providers anyway. I am thankful that I have not been in need of your services as if it takes this long to notify I cannot imagine what it would take to cure or even delay significant damage to my accounts by outside forces.

Identity Force is doing a great job! I like being able to view all three credit scores. I feel secure knowing Identity Force is looking out for me. I'm going to add my credit cards for them to monitor too.

No customer support on weekends, and it rejected my identity after charging me.

Sorry to see you are shooting yourself in the foot with eliminating members ability to obtain their monthly credit score. Every 3 months doesn't get it done for me so I will not be renewing my account when it terminates. Have already cancelled the auto renewal. Bad timing on your part when most credit card companies now offer a gratis credit score. Hope your decision costs you lots of customers and you go out of business.

Very disappointed no mobile app is available. Still getting my feet wet with the service. Other than the disappointing lack of a mobile app, setup and navigation was easy. UPDATE: Received a response within a few hours of posting this review. That alone prompts me to give an extra star. But on top of that, a mobile app is underway!

The simulator is extremely faulty and not giving good results especially when you pick a combination of things. I put in declare bankruptcy along with several other items and the score didn't even drop at all. This is quite a disappointment as I have used other simulators from similar sites that worked reasonably well. Not sure if I can continue to use this site because this one of the reasons I signed up for an account.

I just signed up with IDF. So far, I am favorably impressed with the ease and sanity of the onboarding process. Frankly, I expected a great deal more bureaucracy (online or not) and a great deal less clarity and speed. So far, very good! - R.C.

All of what it says works wonderfully! I can check my credit score and what's in my report. I can find what needs to be corrected. I get fraud alerts and activity alerts. All in all a very good product, worth every penny you spend on it, just for the feeling of security alone.

Its really hard to justify if this service is of any use as all you get are the occasional emails with zero content really pertaining to anything worthwhile. It is possible that everything is done in the backend and without hassling the 'user' but without getting any type of report indicating if your identity/accounts have been tried to be obtained its really hard to say if thats the case. I don't think its bad it just might not be for me.
