United States | 07 March 2017Paid half of the cost of subscription in the first months. Alerted me to a fraudulent charge on a credit card that I had not recognized. As I had made a similar purchase from the same vendor recently. Much more user friendly than Lifelock which was terribly invasive and never caught anything in time to advert the issue. I recommend Identity Force highly.

United States | 03 March 2017Not good at all....and when you trying to question/explain something pertaining to your package, the customer service reps are RUDE and try to over talk you(the customer) just to prove they're right and you're wrong, making it difficult to even finish a sentence. So I just cancelled my subscription because I can not deal with rudeness.

United States | 28 February 2017I'm already sick of getting too many meaningless alerts. There was an attempt to make a purchase at Macy's, where my account has been 2 times comprimised, and it was Macy's that alerted me, not you. Disgusted is the simple term. I know what bills I get and when I pay them: that's banking, and I don't need alerting for that. When someone impresonates me, I do need that alert and that's the 1 thing you haven't done. I was alerted Saturday 2/25 at 11:30 am PST. You should do better

United States | 23 February 2017Its a good service that keeps me posted on all matters concerning my credit and ID. Its a little slow to update my actual checking account(s) balances though, but thats ok, I check with my bank about that anyway.

United States | 21 February 2017I thought I was going to be monitoring my wife and I. I tried driver liscense monitoring and you can only monitor 1 person. I signed up for equifax and it crashed when I was done.

Germany | 18 February 2017I received an alert about a statement added because I was a victim of "True name fraud" but I have no idea what that means, what I should do or who to call, if anyone. More info would be nice Update: I was contacted by customer service and provided an explaination within 24 hrs of my post. I have given them another star for the quick response and great customer service.

United States | 07 February 2017The service is great, but I miss apps. Who doesn't have mobile apps these days. When I login on my iPhone, there isn't even a mobile view. How am I supposed to view my dashboard using the full site view.

United States | 06 February 2017IdentityForce gives us instantaneous reports via text messages and emails when any unusual activity occurs on any of our financial accounts. Along with other services this alone makes their offerings very valuable.

United States | 01 February 2017I have not been receiving alerts on my bank accounts and have not since 12/8/2016. I got alerts every time there was activity on any bank or credit card account. They just stopped and I cannot get a valid explanation as to why. Seriously considering cancelling my service as I feel it is a waste of $$ if I get no alerts. EDITED - 15 days later and still NO response.

United States | 01 February 2017I'm still new and populating information. Not sure what I'm getting, reading, needing, etc...

United States | 30 January 2017On the credit cart monitoring page there's no scroll bar. i only see 8 accounts. But the messages says I've entered 10 and can't enter any more.

United States | 29 January 2017I am not impressed with the response time of their notifications. I made a $2200 purchase on a credit card and the notification was sent to me days later. My bank does a better job than that. I sent a message to customer support about my concern and did not get a response. If you purchase a one year plan, there are not any refunds and you can only change your credit card, not remove it off of the account. They auto bill your card when it is time to renew. I recommend another service that offers refunds for time not used.

United States | 23 January 2017I am a senior citizen trying to navigate registration. Your site is extremely difficult to use. Evidently, there's also no Customer service on Sundays to ask for assistance. Very disappointed!

United States | 18 January 2017IdentityForce does an excellent job in protecting identity and keeping customers informed about any changes in anything related to whatever they are monitoring for customers including credit cards, bank accounts, email addresses, etc. They inform you via message alerts distributed via emails or text messages and by phone calls when deemed necessary. United States | 04 January 2017After filling out the "Fraud Alert Reminder", with all of my info the system had a pop up that said it was currently unavailable and to try again later. Wondering where my info went to.
