United States | 06 August 2015I signed up for a plan/coverage after reading and researching for weeks. I read reviews, asked for opinions from friends, etc. I have had my SS# used to open a cell phone account, so I wanted my information monitored. Long story short, all of my research didn't pay off. I had my info used again to open another cell phone account, and it wasn't picked up by Identity Force. Their reason was because I didn't choose the right plan/coverage. Needless to say, I cancelled my plan immediately! Total waste of money!!

United States | 24 July 2015I've just learned that a fraudulent credit card account was opened last month using my name. IdentityForce had indicated that an *inquiry* was made by that credit card company at that time, alerting me.

United States | 23 July 2015Having been a victim of a phishing scam, I feel very secure knowing ID Force has my back (and front, and sides, and top, and bottom too! LOL!)

United States | 19 July 2015I have been very disappointed with the service I have, or should I say, have not received. I am cancelling my membership. Update: I was contacted by the Member Services Specialist/Manager and am willing to retain my membership on a trial basis for two months. I have updated to 3 stars and will further update if Identity Force can stand behind their promise to resolve the issues.

United States | 05 July 2015The only issue I have had is the keyboard scrambler interacts with my other internet security program (Webroot) and causes all my typing to be visibly scrambled so that I don't know what I am typing. I have had to uninstall IDForce from my laptop and have not yet resolved the issue. Otherwise I am pleased with the thoroughness of the services offered.

United States | 25 June 2015Why is my latest Dashboard entry dated 5-31 when today is 6-24? Why is my Identity Health Score dated 8-28 of last year?

United States | 12 June 2015I am trying to make my password more complex and am unable to use "special" characters with IdentityForce, eg, !@#$%^&*()_+. Please change your login protocol to allow these characters. Thanks, Bill Pigott ***UPDATE*** My new complex passphrase using "special" characters does work. When I first tried to change my password (twice), I got a warning (in red) saying something about improper parameters being used. I assumed that meant that the change of password had failed, but when I tried to log back in, my "old" password no longer worked, but my new one did. So now it appears that the only "fix" needed has to do with the red warning comment during the process of changing the password. Thanks, Bill

United States | 01 June 2015I'm loving IdentityForce. I used to think that LifeLock was the only service one should use to protect one's identity; but, IdentityForce provides a great service that I am well pleased with. They provide you with a website to use to manage your IdentityForce Account and to response to any changes in your credit file. They also facilitate in generating fraud alert letters to send to all 3 credit agencies every 90-days. they also provide you with sex offenders living in your area. Additionally, the site lets you do a "what-if" with your credit score; it simulates the impact on your credit score if you were to pay off certain debts, obtain additional debts, etc. The site also gauges your current credit score at all 3 credit agencies.

United States | 24 May 2015I went through the "delete now" steps but see no confirmation that anything was deleted. During the initial setup, I erroneously scanned my photo ID incorrectly, but after emails and phone calls, I still have not been told how to rescan it. It seems like after the initial setup there is little or no followup.

United States | 23 May 2015For a very reasonable price I'm free from worrying about having my identity stolen. I'm glad Identity Force has my back. I'm also comforted by the regular reports you send to your customers.

Germany | 21 April 2015I have identity force and credit karma both and the only one where the credit scores accurately update is on credit karma. I had paid off over $20,000 in debt on one of my credit cards all in the last 3 months and according to identity force my scores are unchanged where on credit karma they are now in the 830s. I am very dissatisfied with the results of identity force and will probably be cancelling my account in the near future.
