Well priced, well packed and fast delivery. I wish NAW beef trachea pack had smaller pieces for toy dogs (Chihuahuas). Dogs love them, but almost impossible for me to break into smaller pieces.

EDIT... Have increased stars to 3 from 2 as at least I have a refund, but that doesn't change such an unnecessary frustrating experience.... ... On the 15/1 I actually received a response to my numerous emails and phone attempts to apologise for the delay in dispatching my order, and it would now be prioritised!! Sorry, way too late.. Meds no longer needed as had to purchase elsewhere. Having no faith in their communication, sent 3 emails requesting immediate refund. Actually got a response within 12 hours saying refund issued! Why could they not have responded/communicated in all the time I was nursing a sick dog and needing the meds? Very relieved now to not be trying to get answers daily from this company and being ignored.. Could not be more disappointed in this company, and total lack of Customer Care..Placed an order on 7/1/25. Now 13/1/25. No dispatch notice, no emails acknowledged or responded to, no one answers phone calls, and to top it all off I cant even access my account as its blocked by Captcha!! I am urgently in need of the meds ordered for my sick dog. As of right now, I would suggest avoiding this company. If however anything improves and my fury subsides I will edit this review...

I order from Animed and have had no issues ordering previously. The cost saving is quite significant from what our vet would charge if I got them from there, Macy needs 2 tabs everyday so this saves us quite a lot of money over the course of the year.
