Great service. Able to upload the vet prescription easily and obtain my cat’s medication a few days later. Recommended by my own vet and my daughter, who is another Animed customer!

Easy to use site, place an order etc Delivery could be quicker, slight hicup with download of cats prescription. Overall will use again as any problems were resolved very quickly.

I paid extra to have cat food delivered on Tuesday 7th and received a text to say it would arrive between 12.31 and 4.31 on Tuesday. When it didn't arrive I had to go out to buy some food. I know I was cutting it fine. The parcel in fact arrived on Wed evening.

Unfortunately, didn't get my full order. This has never happened before. However I was told that a new system was introduced and this was why my order wasn't delivered in full. Still disappointing - which led me to have to buy from another supplier.

Very slow delivery, yes it was post Christmas and there was snow around but 2.5 weeks for a delivery ordered 27 Dec delivered on 13 Jan in a battered box by a Courier who didn't ring/knock was disappointing and nowhere near normal standard.
