Delays and not sending back information when prescription medication had been ordered and paid for

They are switching to a new software system which auto generated an email saying upload a compliant prescription when one had already been uploaded. When the order didn't arrive, I had to contact them to resolve. They dealt with it well and sympathetically, but the delay meant I had to pay again via the vets to be sure continuity of meds.

Very efficient and prompt service. My little dog has a heart condition so it is important I have enough of his medication. Purchasing his medication once I have the vet prescription is much cheaper than buying the meds directly from the vet.

Used before for cat medication Was notified that the vets prescription was invalid. This happeed 3 times in a row Each time I called Animed, they said the vet had not scanned it correctly which left the document not showing all the info reqjired by law. Ie; Signature. Writing underneath and all four boarders of document not showing. Eventually my vet scanned it right. (So make sure you check it at your vets first.) Animeds Customer service were great each time i called. The only thing I could reccomend is that if there is a problem with the prescription the email could say what they issue is with it, this could lesson the time spent on phone to them trying to find out. This was my vets error ( i didnt notice anything wrong ) but will be definatly check next one. I would definatly recomend Animed for. value for money compared to vet costs great customer service, fast delivery free or paid for. Well done animed.

Ordered the online prescription which was very easy to do. The order was processed quickly and arrived within a couple of days. We had previously contacted their customer service to check how to do it and they were really helpful. So a great service from Animed.

Apart from the long delivery time (7 days Royal Mail), everything was very good. I ordered Royal Canin Veterinary cat food, both dry and wet. Excellent product which hopefully will solve my cat's urinary problems. It is expensive but a good price from Animed.

WELL PRICED ITEMS FAST DELIVERY LARGE RANGE

I’ve used them for some time with no real issues, communication was always decent.. not great. However during my latest order they sat on it for a week.. then refunded me with zero communication. Considering this was a £200+ order for medication needed for my dog I would have thought they would communicate? Nor does there be website work or show my recent orders. Won’t be using you again! edit - in response to the reply. It was a few months old, so I was given a window to get another. Which I did 3 days later. 2 days later I had a paypal refund, and another 2 days later i received your email informing me you'd cancelled.

Poor customer service I submitted an order on the morning of 9th January just an acknowledgement received, followed up with an email enquiring as to what was happening with my order on 11th January and still no response. I’ve ordered from you several times in the past and not had any issues however You state submitting an order is not guaranteed until it is sent how do I know it’s being processed? You call your telephone number and you say check status of your order, mine is showing processing - at the end of a very long IVR you get cut off!! Can someone please reply I’ve paid for speedy delivery but how long is this going to take I really need my dogs medication! This is the last time I will order from you, if I could have cancelled and gone elsewhere I would have.
