Waited over 2 & half weeks for insulin. Had to get emergency supply from the vets which cost 3 times as much. Getting through to customer services is impossible and when I did I was assured it would be sorted. Another phone call this time I was told it would escalated to a supervisor and they would contact me by email. Nothing again. I will be following it up again tomorrow not happy!!!

I have used this company a few times now for my dogs prescription meds. I find the uploading of the prescription & ordering medication easy. The service received has been excellent.

Considering the adverse, weather conditions at the time of me placing the order, it was processed and dispatched and the parcel was available for me to collect,at my chosen location in, 3 Days from start to finish. Very well done to Animed & Royal Mail.

Very easy to reorder and quick turnaround

Order arrived but packaging was ripped and no medication inside. I have emailed, phoned and also sent direct message but other than telling me my query has been sent to the correct department they have not provided me with any update regarding replacing the missing medication. Very poor customer service.
