Good price! Delivery nowhere near as fast this time but it was near Christmas even though I put the order in before the last date it arrived on Friday the 29th

Always a bit of a delay getting the prescription approved and sometimes I get a notification that they haven't received the prescription when I can see it is there. Systems are not connected to give accurate alerts I guess. When I have called, the agents are lovely and generally things get moving.

Great service and easy website to use

Reliable service. Been using Animed a few years for medications shampoos and now special dietary food. After being let down by local provider for special food that dog depends on we have used Animed since then and are very satisfied.

Medicine arrived on time so medication there when required.

It’s quite possibly the worst Customer experience I’ve ever had with a retailer or pharmacy for Veterinary medication. After sending prescriptions through three times and being told every three times is something wrong with it but not actually what was wrong with it and the customer service people not able to give you an answer. Even my Vets had sent the prescription through three times and eventually when they told us what the problem was, I had to pay for another prescription to go back to them. And even then there was no communication. Their customer services team are disconnected from those that ok or do not ok prescriptions. There is no communication to the customer. And even when it’s all ok, there is no way to expedite the order. Over £200 for medication and they’ve taken over three weeks to finally dispatch. The last customer representative actually tried and didn’t hide behind processes that don’t work. Thank you Matt. Don’t use Animed. They don’t care about the customer and certainly not their pets.

I would give this company no stars if I could. I ordered painkillers for my elderly dog on December 20 with express delivery options. Today is January 2, and I still haven't received the medication. Customer service has not responded to my emails, despite mentioning that they would contact me within 48 hours. Finally, after nearly two weeks, they sent a message saying that my prescription was not fully visible. When I resent the prescription, they claimed they didn't see the attachment, even though I could see it. This has been an awful experience with unprofessional service, and they haven't even apologized. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

Paid for express (DHL) delivery, but Animed sat on the order for two days before dispatching. It was just dog food (not a prescription etc.) and showed as being in stock, so why did it take two days to dispatch? DHL delivered the next day.

Excellent service as always. User-friendly ordering, item arrived quickly - no messing around, just another positive experience.
