Not happy. Sent prescription via Royal Mail First Class and via email. They then sent me an email to change the delivery address as I'm not home to sign. I did and straight away the company cancelled my PayPal payment. They claim not to have received the prescription I bought from my vet to then send off. My dog is senior and suffers from seizures controlled by the medication I have been waiting for. I want the company to send the prescription, signed by my vet and paid for by me, back. I will have to use it to order the medication elsewhere. 😔 😟 🙁 After I've sent the company several polite emails, I haven't been rude or anything like that, they enabled me to log in to my account and ignored my email in which I asked why they cancelled my PayPal payment and what I have to do. PS paid for express delivery .... still nothing arrived! I response to Animed who reacted: I've contacted PayPal and the amount of nearly £44 has been paid to you! I have sent you several emails with screenshots as proof but I sadly received neither a reaction nor the medication you've been paid for in full. You don't keep me updated and now it seems that the medication I ordered and you got paid for, is out of stock! In the reaction, see below, from the company, they claim to have sent back the prescription. No, this is not the case! As I mentioned, I have opened a case against them via PayPal to get my money back . This all cost me: £15 prescription vet £44 for tablets I've never received £30 for 30 tablets (15 days worth as administered twice a day) bought from vet to give my dog whilst waiting for delivery ...So adding up £89 and a lot of time corresponding for 30 tablets! I will have to buy from my vet again as these are tablets that control her grand mal seizures. I'll do it with love for her but this company should not be allowed to advertise as they don't deliver, took money and cause a lot of stress.

Excellent service and delivery always on time

Save your money and don't bother with express delivery, its a waste of money! I am extremely disappointed that I paid extra for express delivery only to for it to be delivered three days later than expected. I could have saved myself the extra cost! Especially annoying when I noticed they are a local company (just over 35 miles/one hour drive away!) and could have easily delivered my parcel on time, but they hadn't even shipped it by the expected delivery date!
