United States | 06 August 2022The wrong lanyard color was sent 3 times. There is a big difference between navy blue, and royal blue. Suggestion, maybe the color, and an item code should be stamped on the label so the order picker can get the correct color.

First, I could not order on-line because of a glitch where some of the customize part options were not showing up on your website. Tried several time. Called and talked to Suzanne, who was polite and very helpful and she placed my order. Graphics was suppose to send me a proof, but had to call them several days later because I did not receive it. Did receive item and it was nice. Would have been nice to have shipping free due to the inconvenience and problem I had. Trying to place another order but the glitch is still there and my item is on back-order. So my last experience was disappointing.
