They were very good to work with at time of sale - after sale support is another story. Had to send a printer in for service. Was given the impresion turn around would be in a few days. A week after I sent an email asking for a status, no response. A few days after I called, was told the tech would call me back nothing. The next week I sent another email and a call - no response. I was leaving town and needed an estimated time before leaving - so I sent another email strongly worded stating that all I needed was a timeframe. Left for vactation with now response to any calls or emails. They left a voicemail wanting to confirm the address to send to (the address address that had been confirmed multiple times in the process)- my boss try calling back to confirm the address, was told they would call back. No call back. I got back from vacation and call - let customer service know how disappointed I was - confirmed address and was told I would receive a confirmation shortly. End of day, no confirmation so I called back. Customer support did not seem to know that I had already confirmed the address and told me the tech would call me to confirm. I expressed again how they DO NOT call or email back. I was told the best way to ensure a call is to use the online schedule to set up a call. After being in for 4 weeks, and 3 weeks from my first attempt to make contact on status, I would have thought they could have at least sent a quick email. Very poor customer service.
