Excellent customer service! The specialty paper I needed (6x6 paperstock) has been so difficult to find but IDville had just what I was looking for. The paper was only available to order via phone and the representative I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. I was able to get my order placed quickly and easily. I received my order within a few days and everything was packaged with care. Very pleased with the service and I would definitely recommend using IDville!!

The ID Maker works great. The setup instructions were super simple and the software installed without any issues. We had to tweak a few settings to get the picture quality where it needed to be but now it's working perfectly.
